In the 18th century, during a time that dates back to the beginning of the settlement of our great state that is Coahuila, roads and towns arose with workers who belonged to different castes; among which stand out an erased Indian, a man, a coyote and an Apache Indian.
The Hacienda became a very important site since it was located next to a source of life, the Alto de Norias dam in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
It was a transit point for all people traveling from the center to the north of the country.
Legends and stories are heard that the insurgent leaders, led by the leader of Mexican independence Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, stayed at the Hacienda el Dorado before being captured on March 21 in Acatita de Baján, Coahuila.
